Audrina Patridge has been seen meeting up with her estranged husband Corey Bohan to drop off their daughter a week after filing for divorce and requesting an AVO against him.
The former 'Hills' star recently filed for divorce from the BMX rider after less than a year of marriage and obtained a temporary restraining order against him amid allegations he was "emotionally abusive" towards her infront of their one-year-old daughter.
The 32-year-old was dressed casually in a denim skirt paired with a black t-shirt and kept a straight face as she carried her baby.
The Aussie dad meanwhile beamed as he was reunited with his daughter.
Audrina and Corey married less than a year ago in November 2016 but announced their split last week amid claims that the 35-year-old Aussie was violent towards the former reality star.
In court documents obtained by People, Audrina claimed her husband became “aggressive” with her.
"I became frightened and said I would talk to him but he needed to let me take our daughter to my grandma’s house or my parents’ house so she wasn’t in the cross-fire.

"He wasn’t listening and kept following me, cussing, yelling at me. I had Kirra in my arms, trying to leave. [Corey] locked the door and pushed me back with her in my arms. I begged him to please let me go and take Kirra somewhere else, I didn’t want her around all this."
However, TMZ reported yesterday that Corey will not be charged with domestic violence after the Orange Country District Attorney’s office there was not enough evidence to prosecute.
