Just a few short weeks ago, a shy Prince George walked through the school gates of Thomas' Battersea in London clutching his dad the Duke of Cambridge's hand. But it looks like the honeymoon period has come to an end for the future king of England, with Prince William revealing that his son is already over school.

“He told me he'd just dropped Prince George off at school and he didn't want to go. Sounds a bit like mine really,” the mum said.

But he did hint that he wasn’t sure how long George’s enthusiasm would last.
“We are all seeing how long that lasts before he doesn't want to go,” he said at the time, “George has been really easy. He hasn’t said, ‘Have I got to do this for the rest of my life?’” How quickly things change!
It has been an eventful few weeks since then, after a woman was arrested for allegedly breaking in during school hours.

After the break-in, Prince William and Kate were said to be more determined than ever to do the school run themselves whenever possible.
Luckily for them, George's school is located around six kilometres from the family’s Kensington Palace home, with the trip taking the family around half an hour in peak traffic.
It's also a very exclusive one, with tuition starting at AU$30,000 a year, before increasing after year 3.
